4-Day PMP Bootcamp — Day-by-Day Breakdown
Day one introduces project management framework, the project lifecycle, and the People domain — including leadership styles, conflict resolution, and team development techniques. Day two covers process-based topics across Initiation and Planning: scope definition, schedule development, cost estimation, and risk planning. Day three focuses on Execution and Monitoring — quality management, communications, procurement, and stakeholder engagement. Day four covers hybrid and agile delivery approaches, adaptive planning, and closes with a full mock exam session designed to simulate actual exam conditions. Each day includes a structured review of timed practice questions, with instructor-led explanation of the reasoning behind each answer.
What to Bring and How to Prepare Before Your PMP Bootcamp
Before attending, candidates are encouraged to review the PMBOK Guide 7th Edition overview and the Process Groups Practice Guide to build familiarity with key terms. Reading the Agile Practice Guide introduction is also recommended. On the first day, participants receive a complete printed and digital course package including the vCare Project Management study guide, formula reference sheet, domain summary cards, and access to the online mock exam platform. Bringing a laptop or tablet allows you to complete digital practice questions during breaks and in the evening between bootcamp days, significantly reinforcing classroom content.
